Invoices must be issued in written or electronic form for supplied goods and services rendered, in at least two copies, one of which is supplied to the purchaser and the other which serves as a document for internal book-keeping. If goods delivered or services performed are exempt from VAT, it should be clearly stated on the invoice that VAT has not been charged.
