Finland has bilateral social security agreements with other countries, some of which apply to employees who are not covered by the EC regulations (see 6.1.1). Finland has agreements with Australia, Canada, Chile, China, India, Israel, South Korea, the USA and the Nordic countries (Denmark, Iceland, Norway and Sweden). A separate social security arrangement applies with the Province of Quebec in Canada.
