All employees are classified as Non-Cadre or Cadre.
Having cadre status confers a certain prestige and seniority on an employee. There are additional obligations and costs that are generated by its designation, and it should not be undertaken lightly.
Both the employment contract and the payslip must state clearly whether the employee is Cadre or non-Cadre.
