	On 28 January 2025, the Austrian Federal Ministry of Finance released a Federal Finance Court Decision clarifying the tax liabilities of non-resident employers with no domestic permanent establishment in respect of temporary employment. The court considered that, if there is no permanent establishment in Austria within the meaning of Income Tax Act 1988, s 81, the liability in accordance with s 82 is not permitted.
