3.10.1ÌýÌýÌýÌý Lump sum for remote work

Remote work is the ability to work without having to appear at the company's headquarters. Performing such work at home involves costs, such as for electricity or internet use. Labour law regulations specify the possibility of determining compensation in this respect or a lump sum for such remote work.

Remote work rules may be regulated in:

  1. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý an agreement concluded by the employer and company trade unions

  2. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý regulations specifying the rules of remote work

  3. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý the employer's instruction to provide remote work

  4. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý an individual agreement between the employer and the employee specifying the rules of remote work

The regulations specifying the principles of remote work introduced by the employer must be announced in a manner adopted by the employer.
