Due to demands from employers, the Labour Code includes a regulation regarding 'occasional remote work'. As the legislator emphasises, it is to be a form of remote work performed partially, which has a special nature – ie, the infrequency of its performance or the fact that it is performed solely due to the needs of the employee.
