9.1ÌýÌýÌýÌý Employment law overview

If registered under Romanian Law, any employer has legal obligations and must comply with the minimum requirements of the Labour Law.

Rights and obligations of employer and employee in Romania

The labour contract must be concluded in writing, in Romanian, at least one day before the employee starts their activity. The employer must inform the employee about essential provisions of the labour contract. This obligation is fulfilled when the employee signs the contract.
