Contractual overtime requirements
Employment contracts define the weekly working hours required for employees. If employees work beyond these hours, up to a maximum of 45 hours per week for certain sectors or 50 hours for others, specific conditions must be met:

•ÌýÌýÌýÌý it should not impose an unreasonable physical or mental strain
