3.1ÌýÌýÌýÌý Minimum wage
The minimum wage is regulated in the Labour Law and the Minimum Wage Regulation published in the Official Gazette No 25540.
According to Labour Law, Art 39, there is a minimum wage limit for all employees working with an employment contract.
This amount is determined by the Turkish Ministry of Labour and Social Security. The gross minimum monthly wage is TRY 26.005,50 for 2025
