Wages, which are the main benefit of working, may consist of various elements. According to local legislation in Türkiye, bringing these elements together in a conscious way can make a difference in terms of both cost and motivation.
4.1ÌýÌýÌýÌý Wages and similar payments
According to Labour Law, Art 32, the general definition of a wage is: 'The cash or non-cash benefits provided by the employer or third parties and paid with money in return for the work'.
