Jersey

Jersey permits the following type of partnerships:

  1. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý limited partnerships (LP)

  2. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý limited liability partnerships (LLP)

  3. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý incorporated limited partnership (ILP)

  4. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý separate limited partnership (SLP), and

  5. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý customary law partnerships

For wealth structuring, by far the most commonly used company is the limited partnership, sometimes referred to as a 'Family Limited
