The Caribbean Community and Common Market (CARICOM) is a trading bloc formed of 15 member states (including the Bahamas) and five associated countries. The bloc aims to develop a CARICOM single market and economy (CSME) that promotes free movement of labour. The CSME is not yet fully established (see Tolley's Global Mobility (Worldwide excluding Europe), Jamaica 6.1.2).
