8.1ÌýÌýÌýÌý Employer failures in terms of social security
Employer failures are fined as detailed below:
| Employer failure | Penalty (MAD) | Details |
| Failure to register their employees | 5,000–50,000 | Any employer who fails to register with the governing body of the organisation of which they are a member within the prescribed period shall be required to register their affiliation and his employees within a period not exceeding one month |
| Failure to register their employees | For each employee: 1,000 | Any employer |
