1.3.1ÌýÌýÌýÌý Paying employees

Employers may fix periods in respect of which salary earned is payable. However, the salary period must not exceed one month and in the absence of a fixed salary period, the salary period will be deemed to be one month (Employment Act, s 20).

Payment of salary should be made within seven days of the end of the salary
