Annual leave
Employment and Labour Relations Act, s 31 provides for 28 days of annual leave for every 12 consecutive months of employment. The leave is inclusive of any public holiday that may fall within the period of leave.
Employees with less than six months of service tenure is not entitled to the paid leave under the Act.
